Training & Mentorship

We’ve created extensive training programs for our team. The reason is simple: we’re not only committed to our clients, but to our team of clinicians as well—we want to see you all achieve great things.

The initial training program for our clinical team members in the field exceeds industry standards. At the end of the 4-week program, every new Behavior Technician and BCBA will have the skills and tools they need to make a profoundly positive difference in the lives of the children and families we serve.

We also provide regular, ongoing training for all clinical staff, a defined career ladder, management and business training opportunities for those aspiring to hold administrative roles, as well as paid RBT training and certification.

Mentorship

When you join Helping Hands Family, you are joining a family who takes care of each other. As a part of our team, you will have the opportunity to continue to grow and learn in your career.

The mentorship program at Helping Hands Family is a formalized process in which behavior technicians are able to connect and collaborate with a mentor. Program participants benefit from expert guidance from and access to highly-skilled clinical team leaders—all at no cost to them.

The program is available to aspiring BCBAs on our team who are enrolled in an approved BACB course sequence and work an average of 20+ hours weekly for Helping Hands Family.
