Fali has over 30 years of experience leading successful healthcare organizations across the country. His passionate pursuit of a patient-centric approach has produced positive outcomes for clients, and personal and professional growth for his team.
He establishes a positive organizational culture of personal responsibility, creating ownership at every level – producing measurable, consistent, sustainable results. His approach to people, processes and culture creates an environment that is the foundation for growing successful healthcare organizations.
Fali has a Bachelor’s degree in Science from the University of Bombay, and has been trained at the INSEAD School of Business in France.
Jeanine Weichelt, M.Ed., BCBA
Chief Operating Officer
Jeanine Weichelt brings over 20 years of clinical and operational experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis to Helping Hands Family. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), she has a passion for providing personalized quality treatment to children and adolescents with autism.
Over the past ten years, Jeanine has provided operational and clinical leadership to over 40 clinics across the United States. She has a strong enthusiasm for advocacy and has been fundamental in helping to shape state and federal level legislation for access to quality treatment for children with ASD.
She received her Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Franklin and Marshall College and a Master’s degree in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University.
